At Activate Physiotherapy, we are dedicated to providing tailored support and services to meet the unique needs of each individual. We understand that navigating through the options available under the NDIS can be overwhelming, which is why we wanted to take a moment to answer some frequently asked questions about our NDIS-related services:
- What supports do you provide?
We offer a comprehensive range of services including Physiotherapy treatment, assessment and reporting, Exercise Physiology, Pilates, Hydrotherapy, and Gym-based programs.
- Where are you located?
Our clinics are conveniently located in Tingalpa and Stafford, servicing various regions including Brisbane.
- What is your capacity and wait times?
We have just expanded our team at both the Tingalpa and Stafford clinics so whilst our services are in high demand, and we want to extend our heartfelt gratitude for the overwhelming support. Here’s an overview of our current wait times:
- Physiotherapy: THIS WEEK!
- Exercise Physiology: THIS WEEK!
- Hydrotherapy: 1- 2 weeks
- Pilates: 1 week
- Gym-based Programs: 1-2 week

- Can you do telehealth for remote clients?
Absolutely! We understand the importance of accessibility to quality care regardless of location. Whether you’re in a metropolitan area or a remote region, our telehealth services are available to you. Our waiting times for Telehealth are similar to those of our Physiotherapy services.
- Where do you offer hydrotherapy services?
We offer our Hydrotherapy services at local pools in our community that have facilities appropriate for performing hydrotherapy and pool-based exercises in. Currently, our northern Brisbane facilities are located at Newmarket, Chermside and Sandgate. Our southern Brisbane facilities are at Carina. If you live close to another facility and would like to undertake hydrotherapy, we are happy to travel to you.
