All our usual routines are out the window working from home or trying to keep the kids occupied (or trying to both at the same time), grocery shopping can be a nightmare, the gyms are closed and social sport has been cancelled. There are so many rules and regulations we are trying to follow to keep ourselves and our families safe it’s exhausting and many of our Activators have told us it’s really tough trying to prioritize exercise or eat the right thing.
Then there’s the constant call of the fridge as you find yourself eating your way through a weeks worth of food in a few days out of sheer boredom!
