DAVID SANDISON

Managing Director

David is a dual qualified Physiotherapist and Exercise Physiologist, having completed his Bachelor of Physiotherapy and Exercise Science at Griffith University in 2006.

David is passionate about leading his team of excellent private practice, musculoskeletal sporting and occupational rehabilitation physiotherapists. He has additional training in advanced injury management of the spine, shoulder and hip as well as sporting injury management.

David is a keen cyclist and runner and in his down-time he enjoys spending time with his wife, Cassie, and 2 young sons Jacob and Dean, their family and friends.

CASSIE SANDISON

General Manager
Physiotherapist, Accredited Exercise Physiologist & Pilates Physiotherapist

Cassie is a dual qualified Physiotherapist and Exercise Physiologist, having completed her Bachelor of Physiotherapy and Exercise Science at Griffith University in 2006. Cassie has completed additional training in therapeutic Pilates and has a special interest in incorporating Pilates principles into managing client conditions facilitating long term improvements in injury and overall health. Cassie is also passionate about business management and is completing her MBA. Growing up Cassie was a state level swimmer and long distance runner, she was also a competitive Irish dancer. Cassie still enjoys playing netball and spending time with family.

SCOTT     HAYES

Physiotherapist – Gumdale

About Scott

Scott has completed a Doctor of Physiotherapy at Bond University. Previously, Scott has also completed a Bachelor of Exercise Science from Griffith University in 2009. Scott has additional training in treating neck and back pain, sporting injuries, workplace injuries and is qualified in western acupuncture and dry needling.

Scott enjoys helping his patients of all walks of life to recover from injury and get back to what they enjoy doing. Whether it be walking again after a fracture, getting back on the sporting field or achieving things they never thought possible.

Scott is an avid sports fan, and enjoys watching rugby league, basketball, tennis, horse racing and cricket​. He hails from NSW originally and enjoys heading over the border to catch up with family and friends when he can.

ELISSA JOHNSON

Physiotherapist – Stafford

About Elissa

Elissa has a Bachelor of Physiotherapy from Australian Catholic University. She is experienced in providing physiotherapy in private practice, sporting and occupational settings and has a special interest in using hydrotherapy, dry needling and Western Acupuncture to assist her clients to feel their best.

Elissa enjoys working with clients who have neck and back pain, shoulder, knee, upper and lower limb injuries. She is passionate about incorporating exercise, particularly hydrotherapy into her treatments especially for patients with more complex or persisting presentations.

Elissa grew up in Brisbane and enjoys spending her time off with her husband and their family and friends. She is an artist at heart and has a background in film and photography which she still enjoys as a hobby. Elissa has also volunteered internationally providing physiotherapy services to underprivileged children.

About Samuel

Samuel has a Bachelor of Physiotherapy from Australian Catholic University.

Samuel (or Sam as he prefers) grew up and attended school in Wellington Point and is an avid basketball player and fan.

Sam loves working collaboratively with his patients. He is committed to creating great relationships that assists his patients to achieve lasting health benefits. “I’m here to help at every step of the way on my patient’s journey to recovery.”

EMILY  PHILLIPS

Physiotherapist – Gumdale

About Emily

Emily has a Bachelor of Physiotherapy from Australian Catholic University and is currently a member of the Australian Physiotherapy Association.

Emily has a special interest in movement disorders and enjoys finding the origins of patient pain so she can assist them to be pain free quickly and stay there. Emily has additional training in Pilates and enjoys implementing exercise modalities into her treatment on an individual and group basis. She also enjoys treating headaches, neck and back pain and injuries of the upper and lower limb

​Emily grew up in Brisbane and in her spare time she is a soccer and futsal star.

KATHRYN FINLAY

About Kathryn

Kathryn has a Bachelor of Physiotherapy from Australian Catholic University. 

Kathryn enjoys treating a variety of musculoskeletal conditions including lower back and neck pain, shoulder and knee injuries.  “I love witnessing the joy on people’s faces as they return to the things they love. Whether that’s a sports person returning to the game they love or a mum or dad playing with the kids in the backyard.”

Kathryn is passionate about healthcare, working in dentistry before joining the Physiotherapy industry. In her free time Kathryn enjoys spending time with friends and family and and loves getting outdoors for a run, hike or cycling.

ALISA MACKENZIE

Physiotherapist – GUMDALE

About Alisa

Alisa is dual qualified having earned a Bachelor of Physiotherapy and Bachelor of Exercise Science from Griffith University. 

 

Alisa loves educating and empowering her patients to manage their injuries and improve their quality of life through the joys of movement and exercise. “I wholeheartedly believe that exercise is medicine and love sharing my knowledge with patients.”

Alisa is a Brisbane bayside local and has lived in the same house her whole life. On the weekend you’ll find her taking the field for Redland-Victoria Point Sharks as a player in their inaugural senior women’s AFL team but also loves netball and touch football. Outside of the sporting arena you’ll find Alisa dancing under the stars celebrating her love of Australian music and festivals.
